This document explains what personal data we collect on feelyourhorse.net, what we use it for and what rights you have. It's written in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at the address below.
Who collects the data

What data we collect
- Email — when you submit it in the free-checklist form or when buying the guide.
- IP address and browser user-agent — server log files used to filter spam and bots.
- UTM tags from ads — so we understand where you came from (Instagram, Facebook, a friend).
- Payment data — processed by Mono Acquiring (Mono Bank). We see only the amount, currency and order number; full card details are not available to us.
- Google Analytics cookies — anonymous aggregated traffic statistics.
What we use it for
- Deliver the free checklist to you and, if you purchased it, the full PDF guide.
- Send marketing emails with feelyourhorse.net materials and offers. You can unsubscribe in one click any time.
- Meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations as a Ukrainian sole proprietor.
- Protect against bots and abuse (rate-limit, anti-spam).
Legal basis
Marketing communications — based on your freely given consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We record the consent: date, IP, version of this policy at the moment of consent.
Payment operations — based on the contract between us for the purchase of the PDF guide (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who we share data with
- Resend Inc. (USA) — to deliver emails.
- Mono Bank / Universal Bank (Ukraine) — to process payments.
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics; via standard contractual clauses.
- Hostinger International Ltd (Lithuania) — hosting provider for the site and database.
We do not sell your data to third parties and do not pass it to advertising networks.
How long we keep your data
- Active subscribers' email — until you unsubscribe.
- After unsubscribe — only a "do not send" marker (no other information), kept indefinitely so we don't accidentally email you again.
- Payment records — 3 years, as required by Ukrainian tax law.
- Server log files — up to 90 days, then overwritten.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Ukraine's «On Protection of Personal Data» law you have the right to:
- receive a copy of all your data we store;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data («right to be forgotten»);
- restrict or object to processing;
- port your data to another service (data portability);
- withdraw previously given consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights — write to annachikishevaa@gmail.com from the email you registered with. We reply within 30 days.
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe button (one-click in Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook). Alternatively, use the link in the email footer. After you unsubscribe, no new marketing emails go out; transactional emails (e.g. delivery of the PDF you bought) still arrive as usual.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Database access is restricted to our server. Payment data flows directly through Mono Bank — we never store it.
Changes to this policy
If we change something material — we update the version date at the top of this document. Existing subscribers remain bound to the version they consented to (we keep the historical version in the DB).
